The D9 is built to punish itself. Blades take impact, undercarriage takes abrasion, and push arms and C-frames carry loads that eventually show up as cracks. We repair all of it.

Rails, pads, rollers, idlers and sprockets. We run a track press in the shop for complete rail and pad swaps, assembled to manufacturer specification. Bring the components and we assemble, deliver and install at your site.
If the machine cannot come to us, our mobile track press does the same work in the field. On a D9, not having to walk or float the machine to a shop is most of the savings.
Cracked blade mouldboards, worn cutting edges and end bits, damaged C-frames and push arm bushings. Structural repairs are welded full penetration and reinforced, not patched.
Cutting edges, end bits and guards for D9 and other Cat dozers, in stock. Add tungsten carbide hard facing and get up to three times the service life out of the same edge.
Engine, transmission, oil coolers, axles and wiring harness. A rebuilt D9 does the same work as a new one at a fraction of the cost, and without the proprietary hardware new machines now ship with. Machines like this were built to last when they are maintained.
