The D8 is the machine most New Mexico contractors actually run day to day, and it spends its life in abrasive ground. Undercarriage wear and blade damage are not failures, they are the cost of the work. Managing that cost is the job.
Undercarriage repair and replacement
Rails, pads, rollers, idlers and sprockets for D8 and comparable dozers. Complete rail and pad swaps on our in-shop track press, assembled to manufacturer specification, then delivered and installed at your site.
Our mobile track press handles the same job in the field when moving the machine costs more than the repair.
Blade and structural work
Mouldboard cracks, worn cutting edges, C-frame and push arm repair. Structural welds are made to hold under load, then reinforced at the stress point.
Wear packages
Hard facing, wear bars and tungsten carbide overlay on the surfaces that take abrasion. On a dozer working rock, wear protection is the difference between servicing once a season and servicing twice.
